I tried ordering my dog’s medication, which I naively thought would be straightforward. My vet told me they had already sent the prescription over, but Heartland kept showing it as not verified, so that was fun.

I ended up having to keep checking in just to get vague answers and watch the order sit there delayed. Maybe everything magically works smoothly for other people, but based on my experience, I’ll be getting my dog’s meds somewhere else next time.

I ordered flea meds for my dog from heartlandvetsupply.com, and overall it was a easy experience. I’m big on staying on top of pet care because our animals depend on us to do the right thing for them, so I was glad I could find what I needed without much hassle.
The checkout process was simple, though a couple of pages loaded a little slower than I’d like. I did get my order confirmation right away, which gave me some peace of mind. All in all, it was a good experience, just with a little room to be smoother.

I’ve ordered from Heartland Vet Supply a few times now, everything has shown up in good shape, so no major disasters there. But the shipping can feel SO slow sometimes, like I start questioning time itself. Tracking also doesn’t update much, which makes me mildly dramatic and convinced my package has vanished into a black hole. To be fair, I’ve never actually had anything get lost, so it’s not terrible. Just don’t order if you need it ASAP

I reached out to customer service by email and never got a real response. What made it more frustrating was feeling like everything was being brushed off with some policy excuse instead of someone actually helping me. I just wanted a simple answer, but no one ever got back to me.

I looked up a few pet meds here the prices were higher than what I found on a couple other sites. Shipping didn’t make it any better either, so the total just felt hard to justify. Weirdly, I remember comparing it while my dog was staring at a sock like it had personally offended him. Anyway, for the money, I didn’t feel like there was much value, so I probably won’t order from here again.
